Helson Branch visit RNAS Culdrose
Seven members of Helston Branch attended the D Day dinner held at RNAS Culdrose on Thursday 10th June
Shipmate Charles Burton HMS Ulster
Shipmate Charles Burton served on HMS Ulster which took part in the D-day Landings. Charles points to the beach where his ship was involved.

It was an excellent night with good grub and plenty of wine, followed by an old time dance band.
The Branch holds a coffee morning once a month to raise money for our funds, so if any shipmates are in the area please come along to the Helston guildhall for a friendly welcome and a chin wag along with a superbly made cuppa!!

Our Branch meets every second Tuesday in the Helston Royal British Legion Club, starting at 1930. Visitors are always welcome and we would love to see you if down here on holiday.
