The Sherborne Branch will have the pleasure of hosting. The meeting will be held at the Digby Hall, Hound Street, Sherborne, Dorset. The venue will be open from 1000, bar facilities will be available from 1100 and lunches will be served from 1200. The AGM will commence promptly at 1400 followed by tea and stickies. Please note that the venue must be vacated by 1800.

A lunch menu and order form is availabe from your Branch Secretary for those Shipmates who wish to purchase lunch The form should also be used to provide the number of Shipmates attending in order that sufficient refreshments are made available after the meeting. Please forward a cheque made payable to Sherborne RNA for the total cost of the order. Forms should be returned to the Branch Secretary at the above address by 8th January 2008. If your branch is unable to send a representative a nil return would be much appreciated.
The Sherborne Tourist Information Centre (01935 815341) will be happy to send you a comprehensive list of local accommodation if required
A Town Map is enclosed showing the location of the Digby Hall, where there is some car parking. There are other car parks very close by, but be careful some are short stay.

There will not be an organised evening function however Shipmates will be made most welcome at the RAFA club situated in Long Street, where the drinks are somewhat cheaper than in local pubs.
